Payment and delivery policy

Our standard delivery rates cover all locations in Spain, excluding Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Melilla, Las Palmas, Ceuta, and the Balearic Islands. If you are in one of these regions, please contact us to check the prices.

Delivery rates depend on the weight of the product, its price, and the destination of the order.

To calculate the delivery cost of a particular product to a specific location in Spain:

Please contact us to find out the conditions and delivery rates to the provinces of Gran Canaria, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. We do make deliveries, but we need to calculate the rate in each specific case, depending on the volume and weight of the sofa.

The customer will be responsible for ensuring that the widths of the doors, hallways, and stairs allow the sofa to be brought into the home. If any additional services are required to move the sofa into the apartment (such as a crane service, lift service, help from more than two members of our delivery team, or others), the customer will cover these costs separately. If these costs are not paid, the delivery will be made to the curbside.

Shipping prices do not include the removal of the old sofa that you do not need. Check our furniture removal prices.

Delivery time. We will specify the approximate delivery time of the order with the customer. By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the delivery time is approximate. If delivery at the agreed time is not possible, the customer agrees to accept the order during the delivery day, until 10:00 PM.

Local pickup. You can pick up our products at one of our warehouses for free (please contact us for more information about the location of a particular product).

Shipments via transport agencies. In the case of goods delivery through a transport agency, the moment the goods are handed over to the transport agency is considered the fulfillment of delivery obligations. The risk of accidental loss and accidental damage is transferred to the buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the transport agency. Upon receiving the goods, the buyer is obliged to immediately check the contents and, if any defect is found, inform the seller immediately by phone or other means and keep all packaging for possible return.

Product Colors. The colors of the products shown on the website may appear differently depending on the computer, mobile phone, or tablet screen, the environment and lighting in the room, and the manufacturer’s batch.
