Payment and delivery policy

Our standard delivery rates apply exclusively to mainland Spain.

We do not deliver to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Kerbside delivery (street-level delivery)

Kerbside delivery includes transportation and unloading of goods at the nearest point accessible to the delivery vehicle.

This service does not include delivery inside the home, carrying items into the property, unpacking, placement, or assembly.

In case of pedestrian streets, restricted access areas, lack of turning space, roads unsuitable for trucks, external stairs, steep inclines, or any other conditions preventing normal vehicle access, delivery will be made at the nearest accessible point for the carrier.

The distance between the unloading point and the property is not included in kerbside delivery service.

Delivery with carry-in (no assembly)

This service includes unloading and carrying the goods inside the customer’s home or premises.

It does not include assembly, unpacking, or removal of packaging waste.

Manual carrying via stairs in buildings without a lift or where the lift is unsuitable due to product dimensions may incur additional charges.

Delivery with carry-in and assembly

This service includes unloading, carrying the product inside the property, placing it in the designated room, and basic furniture assembly.

It does not include construction work, electrical or plumbing work, or structural modifications to the property.

ACCESS CONDITIONS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for ensuring in advance that product dimensions allow access through doors, corridors, stairs, lifts, and all passageways.

The customer must inform us prior to delivery of any circumstances that may affect access, including but not limited to:

* Pedestrian streets
* Restricted vehicle access
* No lift available
* Narrow or multiple staircases
* Steep inclines
* Significant distance between unloading point and property
* Private or restricted-access developments
* Requirement for cranes, lifts, or special equipment
* Any other factor affecting delivery safety or feasibility

The company reserves the right to refuse or reschedule delivery if access conditions may compromise the safety of staff, goods, or third parties.

If additional services are required (special equipment, extra personnel, or other handling requirements), these costs will be borne by the customer upon prior agreement.

If unforeseen access issues are discovered during delivery, the company may:

* Apply additional charges
* Reschedule delivery
* Deliver as kerbside delivery at the nearest accessible point

If the customer refuses to pay additional costs, the delivery will be considered completed as kerbside delivery.

If the product cannot be brought into the property due to access or space limitations, all costs related to re-delivery, return, or additional services will be borne by the customer.

OLD FURNITURE REMOVAL

Old furniture removal is not included in the delivery service.

It can be arranged in advance upon quotation.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The maximum delivery time is 40 calendar days, unless otherwise specified for certain products.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept bank transfer, bank card, Bizum, and other payment methods available on the website.

Installment payments via seQura are also available, subject to approval and terms of the financial provider.
